Ok product
I bought these for my 4 year old as the product looks very high quality but I was surprised how big the capsules are. I have seen ones that are tiny balls kids can 'pop' when chewing, these are a bigger oblong shape and my son struggles to chew the capsule so has been spitting it out once the oil is gone. I am surprised they are 3+ as I would think more suitable for 6+
