Natures Aid Complete EFA capsules each provide a rich blend of Omega 3, 6 and 9. Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil), Fish Oil and Starflower Oil (Borage Oil) are combined to provide a balanced ratio of these important fatty acids in one easy to take capsule.
