TERRANOVA Omega 3 - 6 - 7 - 9 Oil Blend is an innovative essential fatty acid formulation, organically certified and suitable for a vegan diet. The carefully balanced formula provides a ratio of EFAs, which may support many aspects of your health, ranging from cardiovascular health, hormone balance, skin health, cognitive function, hair growth and more.

Flaxseed oil contains exceptionally high levels of omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid and an ideal oil to compensate for the excessively high percentage of omega-6 fats in the typical Western diet.

Hemp seed oil contains an unusually high ratio of unsaturated to saturated fat content and has one of the better vegetarian-source omega-3 fatty acid profiles. Its pleasant nutty flavour adds to its appeal as a nutritional oil.

Olive oil is majorly comprised of omega-9 monounsaturated fat. Its potential value in 'healthy heart' diets is a result of the oil's high content of polyphenol antioxidants and its ability to compete with omega-6 fats without adversely affecting omega-3.
