Viridian Organic Ultimate Beauty Omega Oil - 200ml

Been taking Viridian Organic Ultimate Beauty for a long time. Makes my skin look and feel amazing.

I love this oil - tastes great straight from a spoon. It`s also a versatile product whether you use it as a salad dressing, in smoothies etc.
As a very experienced Holistic Practitioner I offer my clients Diet & Nutrition and Stress Management consultations, and also - Clinical and Remedial Aromatherapy, Indian Head & Face Massage. Amongst other things I`m also a Life Coach, Reflexologist, plus a few other types of treatment, eg Reiki etc. I use this oil in my base oil blends for the massages and I recommend that clients with aches and joint pain to take it orally - after they consult with their Dr re any contraindications.
Its Omega 3,6,9 content is great for clients with joint pain, skin problems- very dry skin, scalp etc. Having been on steroids for almost 17 months for Polymyalgia, which unfortunately I still have (I never take non-natural remedies but my Dr told me I had to have them or I may go blind!!)
I speak from experinece that this oil has really helped my poor steroid ravaged body on all levels - my skin, hair, nails and joint pain caused by lack of excercise due to muscle pains, and also massaged into very dry patches of skin. I highly recommend this product, and even if you don`t have any of the above mentioned ailments - take it daily for optimum health, both inside and out.

They have some very good products with reasonable prices.
Not sure what exactly have been working as I had a severe acne problem and not so great digestion during this pandemic but taking probiotics and beauty oil definitely improved my digestive system and my skin has been improving a lot,too.

After approx 6 months, I can give Viridian 100% Organic Ultimate Beauty Oil 5 stars. It aids the system and the skin from the inside out. It has a strong flavour, but would mix well in a dressing with garlic or ginger. Brilliant stuff.

Early Days to Judge! Viridian 100% Organic Ultimate Beauty Oil in 500 ml bottle comes as a bit of surprise ~ it`s a heavy bottle! I got this product because my skin is extremely dry and sensitive due to medications, that I decided to work on it from within as well as topically. It has a taste of oil with a back-taste of herbiness. It`s probably best added to food or dressings, but taking a small amount straight is fine, and there is no long-term lingering flavour, as there is with fish oils, for example. I checked if I could add it to my bottle of mixed body oils as well, & was told I could, and so I have. I feel that it will take a while for benefits to show in my skin, hair and nails. However, I feel that quality vegan oils are a good addition to one`s diet, especially in cold, windy, sleety, weather. I`ll give it 3 months regular daily use, before I make a definitive conclusion. However, so far so good.
