Excellent product - more convenient than the Udos Choice oil I used for many years, insofaras storage - oil is stored in fridge (can also be frozen if bulk-buying).

Udos oil blend is great for an oil diet. A perfect blend of omega 3 to omega 6, 3:1.2 Also several seed oils. It would be hard to find an equal.

Having used Udos ultimate oil blends in liquid and capsule form, I feel they help me with my joints. Have been using these for few months and would recommend giving it a try.

From what I have read about and on the contents of the bottle these are the best oils that you can buy.i have only been taking these for two months. My skin is moist despite the heat and my hairdresser says both my scalp and hair are better. I would be happy to write another review after six months.
