Dissolve 25g (3 tablespoons) in 250ml fruit juice, milk, yoghurt or water. Drink 1-3 servings daily (depending on how much protein you want in your diet).

Royal Green Whey Protein Isolate - 600g Powder
This is a great product. On it`s own, it doesn`t taste good at all, but it`s easily masked by blending it with fruit. I make a recovery shake for exercise using the powder blended with milk, ice, mango, banana, and cinnamon. The product contains no artificial sweeteners, just pure whey protein isolate. I have had no adverse reactions to this, whereas other whey proteins cause a big immune response.
