PHYTOFRESH

After harvesting, TERRANOVAS phytoFRESH fresh freeze-dried botanicals are cleaned, immediately flash-frozen and then freeze-dried. Unlike standard drying methods (which can degrade important compounds and alter a plants delicate biochemical balance), fresh freeze-drying of plants actually helps protect both potency and balance (even retaining enzyme activity). Research shows that freeze-drying offers clear advantages over other drying methods in terms of activity and preservation of original plant constituents. Freeze-dried plants are more soluble and have superior shelf stability.

FAQ

What is MAGNIFOOD?

TERRANOVA developed MAGNIFOOD to overcome some of the challenges faced by your body’s synergistic environment.

It is a synergistic complex of botanicals and phytonutrient-rich foods. MAGNIFOOD ingredients combine to enhance your body’s biochemical environment and maximise the potential benefits of a product’s vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

MAGNIFOOD supports the bioavailability, activity, stability, utilisation and function of the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

What is the fresh-freeze-dried advantage?

TERRANOVA products prominently feature the use of fresh-freeze-dried (lyophilised) botanicals.

Research shows that freeze-drying is the most effective way to protect and retain the biochemical integrity of a fresh plant – even the highly sensitive enzymes. A fresh-freeze-dried plant resembles the biochemical profile of the original plant very closely but in a highly concentrated form due to the highly efficient removal of moisture.

Due to their powerful synergistic impact in MAGNIFOOD, fresh-freeze-dried plants have always profoundly enhanced the effect of TERRANOVA’s products. Their remarkable properties feature prominently in TERRANOVA’s fresh-freeze-dried super-blend powders, single botanicals and their intense super-shakes.
