Biotin has done wonders for my medication damaged hair. My nails are better too. My hair is now thicker and grows much more quickly. Ive recommended this to a friend also and shes seen the same results. Amazing stuff!

My partner swears this stuff is making his beard thicker. He is also using hemp oil on it so I can`t be sure. However there is a definite improvement that is quite possibly related to this product
