Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water.

Great for your liver health

These tablets work well and help to clean and support the liver. I have a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and these were recommended to me by a health professional. Its important to drink it with a glass of water and keep well hydrated throughout the day. They can make you feel slightly nauseous at first but I was told this is normal and to continue taking them. I do feel there us a difference and certainly my skin is improving as my liver spots seem less prevalent.
