Nature's Own Methylfolate is the most stable and bioeffective form of folic acid as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate in a wholefood base of alfalfa, a plant in which folate naturally occurs at exceptional levels.

Methylfolate supplementation supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, amino acid synthesis and blood formation.
