Viridian Methylfolate provides 400ug of methylfolate (5-MTHF) which is an active form of essential B vitamin.

Methylfolate is a vitamin part of the vitamin B family, specifically the biologically active form of vitamin B9 (folic acid).

Folate helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports your immune system, normal psychological function, and the process of normal homocysteine metabolism, amino acid synthesis, cell division and blood formation.

The human body ordinarily converts folate into methylfolate before it can be used for various purposes in the body. However, some people cannot convert adequate amounts of folate into methylfolate due to gene variants. This supplement provides folate in its active (methylated) form and should be taken on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.
