Contents:	Two heaped scoops provide:
Myo-Inositol	2000mg
Folic acid	200mcg

As a food supplement, take two heaped scoops twice daily mixed into water or juice or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your health practitioner.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Contraindications:

Reported side effects are gastrointestinal; flatulence, nausea and diarrhea at doses greater than 10g daily. However, up to 4g per day is reported as free of side effects, in addition it is reported that 2g per day is safe for at least 12 months duration.
Potential for exacerbation of ADHD, Autism and Schizophrenia symptoms has been reported at doses of 12-18 grams daily, however it is not known if lower doses are associated with side-effects.
Myo-inositol may reduce the requirement for hypoglycaemic agents due to the beneficial influence of myo-inositol on blood sugar balance.

Viridian Myo-Inositol & Folic Acid - 120g Powder

The taste is very very mild, even if dissolved in regular water--and in juice, any flavor is completely hidden. I believe this powder helped regulate my cycle to some extent, and I appreciated the additional folic acid bonus! The bottle includes a tiny spoon for dosing, which is very handy. The only negative is that when you get toward the bottom of the bottle, the spoon does not reach. So at that point I poured this into a shallower jar and was able to measure it out more easily that way.
