Dosage guide:

Brilliant All Round Supplent with Minerals too!

Been taking these for the last few years, since aged about 52. The contents are exceptionally well thought out.
You not only get all your vitamins in quantities that are useful (especially as you get older) but you all sort of really useful minerals too.
I have noticed all sorts of benefits with taking these for about 6 months ... thicker eyelashes (which I wasn't expecting!), stronger nails and all round just feel slighter shinier and more perked up than before.
I am only taking one pill a day, but have been meaning to start taking two a day and maybe 3 in time.

Excellent Multinutrient

Been taking this for about 6 months and it's a brilliant all rounder. Love the mix of vitamins and minerals. I was already taking some of these as separate supplements, but now I only need to take one supplement rather than multiple ones.
I'm 53 and my main symptoms of menopause are melasma, low energy, muscle pain and anxiety.
After a few months I noticed my skin glowing on my face and it being more evenly toned, my hair very healthy ( my hairdresser commented on it), my nails the strongest they've ever been and my energy levels increased.
I feel great and I'm currently only on 2 supplements a day as I was building up to the full dose gradually.
I'm looking forward to taking the full dose of 3 pills a day soon.
I could not be happier with this multinutrient.
Prior to this I was taking Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil with Multivitamin. I took that for about 20 years.
