Suggested use:

Adult maintenance: One capsule per 30kg body weight daily with food.

Acute use (adults): Two capsules per 30kg body weight daily with food.

Teenagers maintenance: One capsule daily with food.

Acute use (teenagers): Two capsules daily with food.

• Do not take vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic
