Suggested Usage:

• Adults and children aged fifteen and over take two to three tablets daily with meals
• Children aged eleven to fourteen take two tablets daily; children aged five to ten take one tablet daily

Contraindications:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
• B vitamins may turn your urine bright yellow; this is normal
• Contains vitamin A; do not take if you're pregnant or planning pregnancy
• Contains vitamin K; if you're taking anti-coagulants, do not take more than two tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor
• Contains iron, which may be harmful to very young children if taken in excess; keep out of sight and reach of children
