Suggested Usage:

• Women: take two tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening.
• Children aged 12+: one tablet daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Due to iron content, this product is not recommended for long-term use by postmenopausal women.

Contraindications:

• Keep out of the reach of children; accidental overdose of iron in young children can be fatal.
