Suggested use:

• Adults aged 18 and over, take one tablet daily, always with a meal
• Do not take on an empty stomach, as this can help reduce the chance of any stomach upset

Contraindications:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• This product contains iron, which can be harmful to very young children if taken in excess, so keep it well out of their sight and reach
• It contains vitamin A, so do not take if you're pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor
• It also contains vitamin K, so if you're taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), do not take this product except on the advice of a doctor
