LAMBERTS Multi-Max Multi Vitamins & Minerals for Over 50s - 60 Tablets

This is the original Multi-Max formula, a high potency one-a-day multi ideally suited for the over 50s. Recent UK dietary surveys have revealed that a significant proportion of the over 50s don`t achieve the RNIs for some micro-nutrients. Of particular concern among this age group are Vitamin D and the trace elements zinc, iron and selenium.

LAMBERTS more recent formula, Multi-Max Advance, is a similar product to this one but has the additional benefits of plant-based antioxidants, plus lutein. However, the B vitamins in this original Multi-Max formula are higher than in Multi-Max Advance and can be used instead of a B complex.

Both LAMBERTS Multi-Max formulas provide a very comprehensive spread of essential trace minerals which are included at potencies that will support even the worst diet. Multi-Max was one of the first multis to provide a full 200µg of selenium and 200 µg of chromium.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.

Contraindications

This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
