LAMBERTS Premtesse is a high-strength multi-nutrient formula specially developed for women of menstruating age both for adverse premenstrual symptoms and as a core supplement for other female disorders.

It contains 21 nutrients, including vitamin B6, in the methylated form, known to help menstruating women around their period.

LAMBERTS has added a vegan form of vitamin D3, sourced from algae and a vegan, body-ready form of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin.

It also contains good levels of trace minerals such as chromium, which supports normal blood glucose levels, iodine, zinc and vitamin C for your immune system. As well as 250mg of magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Premtesse can be used alongside other food supplements such as Evening Primrose oil.

Take two tablets daily or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.

Contraindications

• This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
• A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.
• This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
• Keep out of sight and reach.
• Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
