I purchased this after looking for something to help with poor circulation. Of any supplement that I have used for any reason, this is the first that I have experienced that I can literally feel it working.
I take only one per day. Depending on what I eat and how much I eat before it, the effects begin from between 10 mins to 1 hour after taking it. The flush isn`t always with the same intensity because of the food. It begins with a prickly feeling on my scalp and a sensation in my mouth, this spreads, the heat and redness occur. At its most intense I have flushed from head to lower legs.
Probably best if you`re at home when you take this. Don`t worry or think that you`re having an allergic reaction, you`re not, it`s meant to do what it does.

excellent product for me and not very easy to find. i like the flush, which many people do not. I have been taking niacin for about two years now and cannot do without it as i feel a marked improvement in mood and overall wellbeing when i am taking it. Read about Dr Abram Hoffer and his lifetime experiments with Niacin for recovering alcoholics and other mental illnesses. Fascinating and very helpful.
