Viridian High Twelve B12 Complex features higher levels of cyano and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Vitamin B12 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function, the immune system and red blood cell formation.
Working with vitamins B6 and folic acid, B12 crucially contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Most B-complexes do not contain higher levels of B vitamins. Viridian High Twelve B12 Complex includes Vitamin B12 at 500mcg (ug) together with Vitamin B6 at 20mg and folic acid at 200mcg (ug), together with all the other B vitamins.

very good product, B12 is best taken in a supplement to insure if you are a vegan you are getting enough. I like the fact also that if you have bought it from a health food shop you can recycle the bottle and get a 25p refund.

As a vegan it`s very hard to find vitamins that meet both dietary and ethical standards. Viridian do both and are also organic using pure ingredients. I wouldn`t buy anything else. Well worth the little extra money.
