Viridian High Two Vitamin B2 with B-Complex - 90 Vegicaps
As a lifelong migraine sufferer, I have been using this product for several years, following a recommendation from a friend. Although sceptical at first, I have found that this B2 complex, whilst not ancure, certainly reduces the frequency of my migraines & has also reduced the frequency of cluster migraines. I certainly notice if I have forgotten to take one, as I will start to feel a return of symptoms within a few days. No nasty additives & gluten free..works for me!

I use this to manage my migraines along with other supplements. It is good to find 200mg with b complex with no additives. Seem to be effective.
