I am giving these to my cat who has diabetic neuropathy. I am seeing a slight improvement but it will take time.

Very small capsules so easy to swallow. No idea if they are helping me,

Best fully Active B12 x 60 tablets I`ve had. I use to inject b12 but was unable to get some. These tablets have kept my b12 levels up till that point. Thank you they are great.

My wife has had ME/CFS for many years and great problems with sleep. Since taking B12 (sub-lingual and gastric-absorbed) - she has been able for 2 months to drop Phenergan and is sleeping a good deal better - though not perfectly!

I have been using these for just 2 weeks or so, I bought them after reading other reviews and I`m so glad I did. I have Fibromyalgia, I also have chronic dry eye amongst other symptoms of fibro. I have already `seen` an improvement with my eyes. I use them also for both my adult ASD kids as they really help with calmness and good moods! on reading another review I see I maybe should be using B6 to help absorb the most out of the B12, I would recommend these all day long.
