Taking these nuggets as have been told that B12 could help with Trigenimal Neuralgia which I suffer with. As have only been taking for two weeks it is difficult to tell if they are helpful

these are excellent and best type of B12 not so synthesised as the `cobal` one which has not very healthy ingredients and is cheaper as a result. these are very effective if you suffer from lack of B12 and support and boost immune system. I know when I am depleted as someone helpfully told me that the sensation of a `rolled sock` on your feet in socks is an indication of the lack of B12. it sounds bizarre but when you have that experience it is distinctive - even if you have socks on the sensation is that they are not covering you foot but `rolled up` as if you have only half put them on!

After a lot of online searching to find the best quality Methylcobalamin to boost my B12 levels due to a medical condition, I found these top of the list. I have been loading with quite high levels and have seen vast improvements in some of my symptoms.
