Great for the skin and colds

My go to vit C and I always stock up when on sale as expensive, but worth it. If used with the first sign of cold it will clear it really fast. Even my children take it with the first sniffles.

Easy to take & Im sure that liposomal is the best way for this to get into your system. Chose this as an alternative to Altrient which has got ridiculously expensive.
