We`ve used these Vitamin C tablets for some time now (years) and everyone in our family takes them. Our GP recommended that we take time-release vitamin C at 1000mg strength to guard against allergies and for general well-being. I think they`re good value and effective, with no stomach problems that can be associated with a higher strength vitamin C.
