Suggested Usage:

• Take one to three capsules daily with food

Contraindications:

• Vitamin C is generally well-tolerated; however, doses greater than one gram may contribute to loose stools
• Some individuals with sensitivity may wish to use doses of approximately 250mg, taken with food, up to three times daily
