Great value for money. I take 4,000iu a day before and during pregnancy. Have felt healthy and now Im in third trimester havent had any health issues. May or may not be down to vitamin D but I believe it must have made some difference.

I ordered the D3 on the 17th August and they arrived on the 20th August. Always happy with the service I receive from Bodykind. I`ve been using Drs Best brand of D3 for some years now, which allows me to maintain an optimal level, to help my bones and immune system. I have twice yearly vit D blood tests to confirm my level.

I am not too good taking large tablets so these lovely little soft gel ones are perfect for me. My daughter got me my first bottle of these, because the ones the doctor gave me on prescription were huge . Also I have refused the usual medical professions stand up pill for my osteoporosis (personal choice due to doing research) which I get a lot of pressure to take, well I have had two nasty falls in the last 5 years one tripping in a cobbled street landing flat out on my hip . Telling my specialist this he said I was just lucky that time, well during lockdown I slipped on our wet ceramic tile kitchen again landing on my hip,
which was more bruised than the previous fall 5 years ago.. so maybe I was lucky again or these pills are working! Anyhow I shall continue as they suit me just fine, being coeliac and lactose intolerantI
have had no side effects what so ever . A good product that I shall continue with for as long as I can . Thank you .

Incredibly small pearls, easy to digest. Impossible like with any similar product that works over period of time to assess quality, it would require laboratory measurements to be taken periodically. It is easy with i.e. caffeine products. Here I must rely on official data.

I use this brand of vitamin D as its a reputable and good quality name. My vitamin D levels have been low for some time and now take this daily.

I wanted to reach an optimal Vitamin D level because I have osteoporosis and have had broken bones in the past. I like the Drs Best brand because it is derived from lanolin and not sourced from fish oil. It is a soft gel capsule so is easy to swallow and take it with food containing some fat to aid absorption.

I originally started with the 5000iu strength but now take a maintenance dose of 2000iu. I know this brand works otherwise my level wouldnt have gone up as I have them checked twice a year. I mainly take it for osteoporosis, but it helps other body functions, including the immune system. Since increasing my blood level of vitamin D, I havent had any infections, even though my friends at work seem to get colds regularly.
