The vitamin D3 is suspended in a base of virgin olive oil, which is tasteless and odourless, making it palatable even for your fussy children. 

An added mixture of natural vitamin E tocopherols, an important antioxidant, prevents the oil from going off and has the advantage of being preservative-free.

Suggested use:

• Adults take five drops daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women take two drops daily. The Department of Health recommends that all pregnant and breastfeeding women should take a daily supplement containing 10mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D
• Children three years and over take two drops daily
• Remove the stopper and tip the bottle over the spoon.
• Dispense the required number of drops on the spoon and then swallow (make sure the bottle is turned completely upside down to ensure the accurate dosage)
• Shake well before use

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• Keep away from children
