Balmonds Omega-Rich Facial Oil is rich in regenerative rosehip and nourishing plant-based oils.

This vegan-friendly oil provides hydration for dry, mature or sensitive skin and is perfect if you're prone to eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and other dry, itchy skin conditions.

Use daily for a visible improvement in the appearance of fine lines and blemishes, to smooth scars, to soften rough skin and to help your skin repair after acne or eczema flare-ups.

This facial oil nourishes sensitive skin during pregnancy and after birth, helping with stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, and dry patches.

Suggested Usage:

Dispense a few drops of the oil onto your fingertips and apply to freshly cleansed, slightly damp skin last thing at night or first thing in the morning.
Massage the oil very gently onto your cheeks, forehead and chin, smoothing over lips, nose and under eyes with gentle upwards strokes to distribute evenly over the whole face.
Can also be used on scar tissue, stretch marks, uneven or damaged skin anywhere on the body; just apply gently to the area every day, smoothing the oil on with soft pats.

Keep in a cool dark place

Do not use if allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients
Patch test in the crook of your elbow for 24 hours before first use
If applied directly to your skin, do not expose it to strong sunlight due to its high oil content

Should you do a patch test before using Balmonds products?

Even if you don’t have allergy-prone or sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis or rosacea, it’s important to patch test first. If your skin is at all sensitive, then a patch test is vital. We advise a patch test in the crook of the elbow or behind your ear for 24 hours before using the product more widely.

Can you use Balmonds products on your face?

Yes, all Balmonds products are suitable for use on the face and indeed, anywhere on the body.

Are Balmonds products tested on animals?

Balmonds products, nor their ingredients have been tested on animals.

Skin Salvation and Tea Tree Balm contain locally-produced beeswax and are therefore not suitable for vegans. However, all other Balmonds products are entirely free from any animal ingredients or derivatives. They do not contain cow’s milk, egg or fish, animal-derived glycerin, keratin, lanolin, tallow, or shellfish.

Are Balmonds products safe to use in pregnancy?

Yes, all Balmonds products can be used throughout your pregnancy.

As with any skincare product that you're using for the first time, carry out a patch test in the crook of the elbow or behind your ear for 24 hours before using more widely. just to check that you're not sensitive to the few gentle, natural ingredients in Balmonds products.
