Suggested Usage:

A friend suggested I tried magnesium to help with sleep plus muscle pain. I have only been taking this product for a few weeks, but my sleep has improved enormously. So would certainly recommend to anyone who has a sleep problem.

I have tried other "ZMA" like products and you will notice a difference to your sleep quality, once you stop using the product. I like the fact that it does not contain the aspartate forms of the minerals as they have been reported to cause the brains neurones to become overexcited. The fact that it contains anti-caking agents- the jury is still out on that so cannot comment really.

I started using this product several years ago after suffering from post exercise muscle cramps and restless leg syndrome. I chose this product after carrying out a lot of research on magnesium supplements, this product contains magnesium taurinate and gluconate in organic form which is easier for the body to absorb. Also causes no stomach upsets. I take 2 caps a day in normal conditions and 3 caps during periods of intense exercise.
