- 540g peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 3 x tbsp inulin powder
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 180g oats
- 200g dried cranberries
- 5 x tbsp raw honey
- 3 x tbsp chia seeds
- 1 x tbsp KIKI Health Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
- Optional: KIKI Health Organic Acerola Powder
- Optional: KIKI Health Organic Acai Powder
- Optional: KIKI Health Goji Berry Powder
- Combine the nut butter, inulin, sunflower seeds, oats, chia seeds, dried cranberries and any optional superfood powders in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula.
- Line a 9×13 inch baking tin with baking paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of the paper.
- Freeze, uncovered, for one hour.
- Remove from freezer. Cut the frozen mixture into 16 evenly sized bars.
- Cover and keep in the fridge for up to five days.
