Method

  1. Combine the nut butter, inulin, sunflower seeds, oats, chia seeds, dried cranberries and any optional superfood powders in a large mixing bowl. 
  2. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula.
  3. Line a 9×13 inch baking tin with baking paper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the paper. 
  5. Freeze, uncovered, for one hour.
  6. Remove from freezer. Cut the frozen mixture into 16 evenly sized bars.
  7. Cover and keep in the fridge for up to five days.
