Reishi, Turmeric and Ginger Latte

Ingredients
- 300ml coconut milk
- 5g reishi mushroom powder
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Coconut palm sugar (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Method
- Mix the reishi powder, spices and coconut oil into a paste.
- Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan, stir and heat gently for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the reishi paste.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkling of cinnamon and coconut palm sugar.
