I always get my Udo oil from bodykind. Their customer service is excellent and this is a quality oil that is great for you and tastes good too.
Have bought from other suppliers but when I purchased Udo oil from Bodykind, I noticed it tasted lighter and the expiry date wasn't as nearby as others. Good for pms and skin conditions in my opinion, my face and body are noticeably clearer and smoother than before
Ive been recomended this product & taking it on & off I’ve last year ,more consistent every day since last bottle i purchased . I put it in casseroles ,salad ,soup or beans !

I ordered two large bottles of Udo. When it arrived. I was not happy to see the expiration date was just a few weeks away. I popped them back into the box, stuck on the return label and sent it back. Bodykind refunded me in full. I have now asked to purchase the same again - with longer expiration dates. Am happy with the ease of purchase, return and being refunded. Thank you Bodykind. I will certainly buy from you from now onwards.
Very slow delivery.
As a near vegetarian, I was advised to add Udos Oil to my food to ensure I had sufficient of the essential oils in my diet. I put a tablespoonful on my cereal each morning. and have done so for over over 10 years. A 500ml bottle lasts approximately a month.
I have been using Udo oil for a number of years now as I find it really helps with joint pain. If I haven't taken it for a couple of weeks I can feel the difference mostly in my wrists. Would def recommend
