Very versatile oil, tastes great, not bitter like flax alone. Have used it on porridge, in smoothies and in some cooking! Good support from Udo`s website too. Excellent product albeit a tiny bit expensive.

Udo`s has done wonders for my dry skin, actually beating any moisturiser. Its softer and a little glowing. Absolutely must try.
