Great for adding to salads and vegetables,and does appear to help psoriasis. But like another user it does have an effect on hormones..I to increased a cup size ,almost like the feeling when first pregnant.My previously comfortable bra feels too tight....a...I also gained an inch on my waist.....I am sure it is the flaxseed oil....and I m taking a break from it just in the ihope of becoming more comfortable. However it can be applied to irritated skin topically so maybe thats the best thing to do. Also good as a hair moisturiser and conditioner

Just ordered my second bottle! I had previously been using a well know health food shops own version of Udos oil until they discontinued it. This oil is a bit pricier but definitely worth it. The service from Bodykind has been solid and the taste of the oil is much better than the other one!!! Feeling good inside and out!!
I`ve been using this since 2012 my joints don`t ache anymore I have lots of energy and would recommend udos to anybody as a general wellbeing oil I use about one bottle a month and I have found bodykind as an excellent source to bulk buy from
