Love this! I totally love this oil, it really helps to settle my problematic skin. I find the taste pretty vile so I mix it in with my morning smoothies so it`s not an issue.

I`ve been using UO for many years and could never stand the taste - made me feel sick! but now I mix 2 tablespoons with 1 Weetabix, 6 prunes and a banana. Lovely!!

My morning smoothie recipe: 2 dstspn Udos Choice Oil, 1 heaped dstspn Udos Choice Beyond Greens, 1 banana and 300ml milk. After 3 weeks I feel better than I have in years and my skin is so smooth. Just ordered another bottle of each so I don`t run out.
